🎯 Sobre a oportunidade A Luppa Consultoria está selecionando Executivo(a) de Contas para atuar na área comercial do nosso cliente Local Hostel, em uma posição estratégica de expansão da operação comercial da rede.

A pessoa será responsável pela prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios, atuando na venda de hospedagem e soluções da rede para agências de viagens, empresas, operadoras, eventos e outros parceiros comerciais.

A posição terá atuação voltada para toda a rede, que atualmente possui unidades em Manaus, Novo Airão e Belém, além da expansão prevista para Alter do Chão.

É uma nova posição dentro da estrutura comercial, com possibilidade de crescimento profissional conforme a área se desenvolva.

🔎 Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e parceiros;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento comercial com agências de viagens, empresas, operadoras e organizadores de eventos;
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios;
  • Realizar contatos comerciais e apresentações;
  • Negociar e conduzir oportunidades até o fechamento;
  • Gerenciar e desenvolver carteira de clientes;
  • Trabalhar com metas e indicadores comerciais;
  • Atuar na expansão das vendas para as diferentes unidades da rede;
  • Manter relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes e parceiros;
  • Contribuir para a construção e estruturação da área comercial.

👤 Perfil desejado Buscamos um profissional com experiência prévia em vendas e, preferencialmente, vivência nos segmentos de:

  • Hotelaria;
  • Turismo;
  • Agência de viagens;
  • Operadoras de turismo;
  • Eventos;
  • Comercial B2B.
  • Será valorizada experiência com prospecção ativa (perfil Hunter), vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos comerciais.
