Overview

Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in Humacao, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will lead warehouse and logistics operations supporting manufacturing and customer commitments. You will apply your leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive safety, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure materials and finished goods flow efficiently throughout the operation while developing a high-performing team and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure timely material availability for manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and improve key operational performance metrics.
  • Develop, coach, and train warehouse team members.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
  • Manage warehouse capacity and storage utilization.
  • Oversee domestic and international logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
  • 10+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or team leaders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
