Resumo / Visão geral:

Liderar o desenvolvimento dos módulos e top hats, de acordo com os objetivos de qualidade, desempenho, prazo e custo.

Garantir o projeto, desenvolvimento e liberação dos componentes de Assistência Avançada ao Condutor (ADAS), incluindo radares de curto e longo alcance, câmeras (visão humana/máquina) e as respectivas ECUs de processamento.

Em caso de atuação em um modelo em manutenção, todas as atividades mencionadas acima terão como objetivo gerenciar atualizações do ciclo de vida do veículo, como facelift, instalação de novos motores, redução de custos e melhorias de qualidade.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

  • Liderar o gerenciamento do programa e dos fornecedores, o acompanhamento de problemas em aberto e a resolução proativa de questões, garantindo as entregas de acordo com todos os marcos do programa do veículo;
  • Liberar especificações, documentos de sourcing, gerenciamento de alterações de engenharia e esclarecimento de requisitos;
  • Garantir o alinhamento da equipe multifuncional e elaborar os cronogramas de desenvolvimento do programa;
  • Liderar o packaging dos componentes e os planos de validação de hardware e software (HW/SW) dos componentes e sistemas;
  • Desenvolver diagnósticos das ECUs, conduzir revisões de projeto de HW/SW, elaborar, revisar e aprovar FMEAs e DVPRs, realizar revisões de PFMEA, definir padrões de processo, executar calibrações em planta, fornecer suporte ao lançamento e desenvolver planos de safe launch;
  • Garantir a viabilidade técnica, robustez do projeto, manufaturabilidade dos componentes e conformidade da documentação técnica, por meio da coordenação dos fornecedores;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de qualidade, atuar rapidamente em questões relacionadas à garantia, implementar reduções de custos técnicos, entre outras iniciativas;
  • Ser responsável pela identificação de riscos e pela manutenção de avaliações detalhadas de risco, planos de mitigação e planos de gerenciamento, mantendo atualizações frequentes para a liderança sênior;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os engenheiros de Integração Funcional e equipes multifuncionais para executar e validar sistemas ADAS complexos.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Engenharia, preferencialmente nas áreas de Elétrica, Automação, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou Mecânica;
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Engenharia Automotiva;
  • Experiência com projeto, desenvolvimento e liberação de ECUs automotivas (módulos eletrônicos);
  • Perfil detalhista e orientado a resultados;
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma eficaz tanto de maneira independente quanto em equipe, com mínima supervisão ou direcionamento;
  • Raciocínio lógico e capacidade de analisar sistematicamente problemas complexos em busca de soluções;
  • Excelentes habilidades de organização;
  • Inglês em nível profissional avançado/fluent;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal.
