Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos, com atuação generalista e foco em Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO), para apoiar as unidades de Belo Horizonte e Nova Lima/MG.

O profissional terá papel importante no fortalecimento da cultura organizacional, no desenvolvimento de pessoas e lideranças e na evolução das práticas de gestão de pessoas.

Procuramos alguém com perfil colaborativo, boa capacidade de relacionamento e visão consultiva, que consiga transitar entre atividades operacionais e iniciativas estratégicas de RH, mantendo proximidade com as lideranças e equipes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO): Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de programas de desenvolvimento de pessoas, engajamento, cultura organizacional, diversidade e inclusão, saúde mental e bem-estar.
  • Recrutamento e Seleção: Conduzir processos seletivos internos e externos, realizando alinhamento de perfil, entrevistas, avaliações e devolutivas, além de acompanhar a integração de novos colaboradores.
  • Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: Identificar necessidades de capacitação junto às áreas, organizar treinamentos e acompanhar a execução das iniciativas e seus indicadores.
  • Gestão de Desempenho: Apoiar os ciclos de avaliação de desempenho, orientar lideranças sobre processos de feedback e acompanhar a elaboração dos Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI).
  • Clima e Cultura Organizacional: Participar de pesquisas de clima, ações de escuta e iniciativas de melhoria do ambiente de trabalho, contribuindo para a construção e o acompanhamento de planos de ação.
  • Business Partner: Atuar como ponto de apoio às lideranças e colaboradores, oferecendo suporte consultivo em gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento de equipes e relações de trabalho.
  • Indicadores e Processos de RH: Monitorar indicadores da área, apoiar melhorias nos processos internos e contribuir com auditorias, controles e organização de evidências.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas de Recursos Humanos, especialmente em Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional.
  • Vivência em recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento e gestão de desempenho.
  • Conhecimento em pesquisas de clima, indicadores de RH e iniciativas de engajamento.
  • Experiência no relacionamento e suporte às lideranças.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação nas unidades de Belo Horizonte e Nova Lima/MG.
