1. Objetivo da função

Executar e suportar atividades de verificação e validação de veículos, sistemas e componentes, assegurando que os requisitos técnicos, funcionais, regulatórios, de desempenho, qualidade e segurança sejam avaliados por meio de testes objetivos, rastreáveis e reproduzíveis. A função atua desde o planejamento até a análise dos resultados, conectando as equipes de projeto, sistemas, protótipos, laboratórios e fornecedores para apoiar o desenvolvimento, validação e homologação do produto.

2. Responsabilidades da função

  • Planejar testes veiculares com base em requisitos técnicos, normas, procedimentos e riscos do projeto.
  • Elaborar e manter planos, procedimentos, checklists e critérios de aceitação dos testes.
  • Preparar veículos, sensores, instrumentos e sistemas de aquisição de dados, garantindo a calibração e a rastreabilidade.
  • Executar testes em pistas, laboratórios, dinamômetros e câmaras climáticas, conforme o escopo de validação.
  • Registrar, processar e analisar resultados e medições, identificando desvios, falhas e possíveis causas-raiz.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos com resultados, conclusões, riscos e recomendações.
  • Documentar e acompanhar anomalias, ações corretivas e revalidação das soluções.
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas, reportando o status dos testes, riscos e bloqueios do projeto.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Engine Systems, PRS Calibration, Chassis, EE e Quality.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, metodologias e ferramentas de teste, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade.

3. Objetivo da função

  • Plano de validação e cronograma de testes alinhados às milestones do projeto.
  • Procedimentos de teste com critérios de aceitação definidos.
  • Registros rastreáveis de configuração, execução e evidências.
  • Relatórios técnicos e dashboards de acompanhamento.
  • Lista de anomalias com criticidade, responsável, prazo e status de revalidação.
  • Síntese de riscos, recomendações e conclusão técnica para suportar decisões de projeto.

Requisitos

  • Superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Automotiva ou correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em testes, validação, instrumentação e análise de dados.
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado.
  • CNH válida e disponibilidade para atividades práticas.

Conhecimentos técnicos Obrigatórios:

  • Fundamentos de medição, instrumentação, aquisição de dados, incerteza e repetibilidade.
  • Interpretação de requisitos técnicos, especificações, desenhos, normas e procedimentos de teste.
  • Análise estruturada de problemas e causa raiz, utilizando métodos como 5 Porquês, Ishikawa, 8D ou equivalentes.
  • Elaboração de relatórios, gráficos e apresentações técnicas em Word, Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Organização, tratamento e análise crítica de dados

Conhecimentos desejáveis

  • CAN, CANalyzer, CANape, INCA, MATLAB/Simulink ou Python.
  • DVP&R, FMEA, análise de causa-raiz e sistemas automotivos.
  • Experiência com powertrain, chassis, motores ou veículos eletrificados.
