Especialista de TI – OTC | Salesforce e SAP SD

Buscamos um(a) Especialista de TI para conduzir e coordenar end-to-end as processos e cenários de testes de Order-to-Cash (OTC), com foco na integração entre Salesforce e SAP SD.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Definir, revisar e executar cenários de testes end-to-end de OTC, cobrindo todo o ciclo do pedido.
  • Planejar e coordenar atividades de SIT e UAT, garantindo a cobertura dos principais cenários de negócio.
  • Validar os fluxos de integração entre Salesforce e SAP SD, incluindo dados de clientes, pedidos, preços, entrega e faturamento.
  • Identificar, documentar e acompanhar defeitos e inconsistências encontrados durante os testes.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de negócio, funcionais, técnicos e de integração para garantir a resolução dos gaps identificados.
  • Garantir a cobertura de cenários padrão, exceções de processo e falhas de integração.
  • Acompanhar a execução dos testes, gestão de defeitos e critérios de prontidão para go-live.

Perfil e conhecimentos necessários

  • Experiência sólida em processos de Order-to-Cash (OTC) e SAP SD.
  • Conhecimento de Salesforce e experiência com cenários de integração Salesforce/SAP.
  • Experiência prática com SIT, UAT, definição de cenários, execução de testes e gestão de defeitos.
  • Capacidade de compreender requisitos de negócio e transformá-los em cenários de testes end-to-end.
  • Inglês avançado, com capacidade para interação com times locais e globais.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa capacidade de comunicação e coordenação.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento end-to-end dos processos da indústria de alimentos ou bens de consumo (FMCG/CPG).
  • Experiência com cenários complexos de OTC, incluindo pricing, criação e alteração de pedidos, disponibilidade, entrega, faturamento, devoluções, crédito e tratamento de exceções de integração.
  • Experiência na execução de projetos de grande porte e alta complexidade, envolvendo SAP e Salesforce, preferencialmente com múltiplas integrações e áreas de negócio.
  • Experiência profissional em empresas multinacionais, com atuação em ambientes globais e interação com equipes de diferentes países e culturas.
