Principais Responsabilidades

Compras e Suprimentos

  • Apoiar os processos de compras de materiais, equipamentos, peças de reposição e serviços.
  • Realizar cotações junto a fornecedores e apoiar negociações comerciais.
  • Emitir solicitações de compra e acompanhar pedidos até a entrega.
  • Monitorar prazos de fornecimento e apoiar a resolução de divergências junto aos fornecedores.
  • Atualizar cadastros de fornecedores e materiais nos sistemas corporativos.
  • Apoiar processos de concorrência, RFI, RFQ e RFP.

Apoio às Operações de Manutenção

  • Auxiliar na aquisição de peças e materiais utilizados nas atividades de manutenção aeroportuária.
  • Acompanhar demandas relacionadas a:Infraestrutura aeroportuária; Sistemas eletromecânicos; Equipamentos operacionais; Facilities; Serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.
  • Garantir o correto acompanhamento dos pedidos para evitar impactos operacionais.

Gestão de Fornecedores

  • Apoiar processos de homologação e atualização cadastral de fornecedores.
  • Realizar acompanhamento de documentação obrigatória e requisitos de compliance.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de análises comparativas de propostas comerciais.
  • Contribuir para o relacionamento com fornecedores estratégicos.

Projetos e Transformação Digital

  • Apoiar a operação diária de plataformas de compras eletrônicas e e-Procurement.
  • Participar de iniciativas de melhoria de processos da área de Suprimentos.
  • Apoiar atividades de testes e homologações em sistemas de compras.
  • Auxiliar na geração de relatórios e indicadores de Procurement.
  • Participar de projetos de digitalização e automação de processos.

Indicadores e Controles

  • Atualizar controles internos e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Acompanhar indicadores como:Lead time de compras; SLA de atendimento; Prazo de entrega dos fornecedores; Compliance de processos; Saving obtido em negociações.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em Compras, Suprimentos, Administrativo de Compras ou Procurement.
  • Conhecimento básico dos processos de compras e gestão de fornecedores.
  • Experiência com Excel intermediário.
  • Boa capacidade de organização e controle de atividades.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas corporativos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas de infraestrutura, logística, aeroportos ou serviços.
  • Conhecimento ou contato prévio com plataformas de e-Procurement, como Nimbi.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP, como SAP S/4HANA ou SAP ECC.
  • Conhecimento básico em Strategic Sourcing.
  • Inglês básico ou intermediário.
  • Participação em projetos de melhoria de processos ou digitalização.
