What You'll do:

- Lead the technical delivery of complex .NET applications and services;

- Remain actively involved in coding, technical design, code reviews, and production support;

- Own technical decisions across application architecture, integration, deployment, and maintainability;

- Design and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure;

- Lead the design of microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven components;

- Guide developers through technical issues, design decisions, and coding challenges;

- Mentor engineers and support their development through reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance;

- Investigate production issues and support their resolution within agreed service levels;

- Work with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and clients to clarify requirements and technical constraints;

- Contribute to the design of critical features and complex system integrations;

- Identify technical debt and include improvement work in delivery planning;

- Support Docker and Kubernetes-based application environments;

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, configuration management, infrastructure as code, and deployment practices;

- Apply security principles to APIs, authentication, authorisation, and data handling;

- Produce clear technical documentation for development, onboarding, and knowledge transfer;

-Support Agile and Scrum practices within the engineering team;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who You Are:

- At least 7 years of professional software development experience;

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET;

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Software Architect;

- Experience leading technical delivery while remaining actively involved in software development;

- Demonstrated ownership of architecture decisions in complex or enterprise software environments;

- Strong experience with AWS or Azure in production;

- Practical experience with microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and software design patterns;

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitFlow or equivalent branching practices, and deployment automation;

- Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or an equivalent tool;

- Good understanding of API security, authentication, authorisation, and data privacy;

- Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews;

- Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams;

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

- Professional working English for technical discussions with international stakeholders;
