A Função

Procuramos um(a) Coordenador(a) de Logística para liderar e desenvolver a equipa de Master Schedulers, assegurando a excelência operacional nas atividades de planeamento da produção da fábrica.

Esta função assume um papel estratégico na gestão da capacidade produtiva a médio e longo prazo, através da coordenação do processo de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/PIC), garantindo o alinhamento entre as necessidades dos clientes, a capacidade das linhas de produção e os objetivos financeiros da organização.

O(a) profissional terá um papel fundamental na articulação entre as áreas de Vendas, Produção e Logística, contribuindo diretamente para a eficiência operacional, satisfação do cliente e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipa de Master Schedulers, promovendo uma cultura de colaboração, responsabilidade e elevado desempenho.
  • Atuar como primeiro nível de escalonamento para situações críticas relacionadas com clientes, transportes, faturação ou limitações de capacidade produtiva.
  • Coordenar e liderar o ciclo mensal de Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/PIC), garantindo o alinhamento entre Vendas, Produção e Logística.
  • Validar a capacidade produtiva das diferentes linhas, identificando antecipadamente constrangimentos, riscos e necessidades adicionais de recursos.
  • Garantir a definição, atualização e acompanhamento dos planos de produção de médio e longo prazo.
  • Assegurar a gestão de backups e polivalência da equipa, promovendo a continuidade operacional.
  • Participar ativamente na industrialização de novos projetos e na gestão dos processos de fim de vida de produto (EOP).
  • Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua para otimização dos processos logísticos e de planeamento.
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares, garantindo elevados níveis de serviço ao cliente e eficiência operacional.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Industrial, Gestão de Operações, Supply Chain, Logística ou área similar.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em planeamento de produção, preferencialmente na indústria automóvel.
  • Experiência comprovada na coordenação de equipas, mentoring ou liderança.
  • Experiência sólida na implementação e gestão de processos S&OP.
  • Conhecimentos avançados de sistemas ERP.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de planeamento e gestão da capacidade produtiva.
  • Fluência em inglês, oral e escrito.
