Procuramos um(a) Responsável de Melhoria Contínua de Armazéns e Logística para liderar as operações de armazém e respetivas equipas, assegurando elevados padrões de segurança, qualidade, serviço ao cliente, produtividade e controlo de custos.

Esta função combina a gestão operacional com uma forte componente de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional. O(a) profissional será responsável por dinamizar projetos e iniciativas que permitam aumentar a eficiência dos processos logísticos e contribuir para os objetivos estratégicos da organização.

Procuramos um perfil de liderança, com forte capacidade analítica, orientação para resultados e motivação para desenvolver equipas e implementar melhorias sustentáveis.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Liderar, gerir e desenvolver as equipas dos armazéns, incluindo supervisores, team leaders e operadores logísticos.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos standards de segurança, qualidade, ergonomia, 5S e disciplina operacional.
  • Assegurar elevados níveis de precisão e fiabilidade dos inventários.
  • Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua nas áreas de armazém e logística.
  • Desenvolver ferramentas de reporting e sistemas de gestão visual para acompanhamento diário da operação.
  • Promover uma abordagem baseada em dados na tomada de decisão e na definição de prioridades dos projetos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização dos processos logísticos, aumento da produtividade e controlo dos custos operacionais.
  • Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua, responsabilização e excelência operacional junto das equipas.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Gestão de Operações, Supply Chain, Logística ou área similar.
  • Experiência relevante em gestão de armazéns e logística industrial, preferencialmente no setor automóvel.
  • Experiência em melhoria contínua e otimização de processos logísticos.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos e implementação de mudanças.
  • Fluência em inglês, oral e escrito.
