Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Objetivo da Posição

Buscamos uma Desenvolvedora Fullstack Pleno com forte atuação em mobile e backend, que vá além da execução técnica — atuando também com visão estratégica, arquitetura e apoio à liderança técnica.

Perfil ideal: mão na massa + visão de produto + protagonismo técnico.

Stack Principal

  • React Native / Expo
  • Kotlin / Swift
  • Laravel e/ou Django / FastAPI
  • APIs REST
  • MQTT / Firebase (tempo real)
  • Postgres / MySQL
  • Docker / Cloud
  • Xcode

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento mobile (React Native e/ou nativo)
  • Experiência com integração de APIs REST e mensageria em tempo real
  • Vivência com backend (Laravel, Django ou FastAPI)
  • Domínio de bancos relacionais (Postgres/MySQL)
  • Experiência com Docker e ambientes em cloud
  • Conhecimento em monitoramento de logs e métricas
  • Capacidade de liderança técnica e mentoria
  • Boa comunicação (escrita e verbal)
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolvimento e evolução de apps mobile, backend e aplicações web
  • Definição e implementação de arquiteturas escaláveis e seguras
  • Garantir boas práticas (versionamento, testes, qualidade de código)
  • Atuar com features avançadas envolvendo: IA Geolocalização de alta precisão Reconhecimento de voz e biometria Monitoramento de dados fisiológicos
  • Apoiar decisões técnicas estratégicas
  • Atuar junto ao time de produto na construção do roadmap
  • Liderar tecnicamente entregas e garantir qualidade
  • Atuar de forma híbrida entre execução + coordenação técnica
