Sobre a posição

O time de Connected Services está com uma vaga imediata para Embedded Software Engineer. O profissional terá papel-chave na liderança do desenvolvimento e documentação de soluções de software, garantindo desempenho, durabilidade, confiabilidade, qualidade e capacidade de manutenção superiores para o mercado global. O time é responsável por aplicações e serviços relacionados a telemetria e soluções de IoT para máquinas conectadas — uma frente estratégica e em plena expansão para o negócio.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar como Embedded Software Engineer para os módulos de conectividade;
  • Levantar requisitos, definir design de produto e garantir que as funcionalidades atendam às expectativas dos stakeholders;
  • Participar de revisões de código, troubleshooting e correção de problemas de software;
  • Integrar, desenvolver e implantar (deploy) soluções de software embarcado;
  • Realizar debug e interpretação de dados de barramento veicular (vehicle bus), dados de rede, dados offboard e processos Linux;
  • Validar a integração de componentes de fornecedores internos e externos em equipamentos de colheita;
  • Fazer interface com os times de design elétrico e mecânico para definição de interfaces e requisitos necessários;
  • Comunicar de forma clara e objetiva requisitos, causas-raiz, novas estratégias e abordagens para públicos técnicos internos e externos;
  • Endereçar e resolver problemas de forma objetiva, baseada em fatos e de maneira profissional.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia de Software, Elétrica, Computação, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas;
  • De 6 a 8 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software embarcado;
  • Experiência escrevendo software embarcado em C e C++;
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento para sistemas Embedded Linux;
  • Experiência na definição de interfaces de software;
  • Conhecimento em comunicação CAN e experiência com Vector CANoe ou CANalyzer;
  • Experiência em ambiente de desenvolvimento estruturado;
  • Experiência com controle de versão (GIT);
  • Conhecimento dos protocolos de comunicação CAN J1939 e ISO 11783.

Diferenciais desejáveis

  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de IoT e telemetria (protocolos como MQTT, CoAP ou similares);
  • Experiência com RTOS (sistemas operacionais de tempo real);
  • Conhecimento em segurança cibernética aplicada a sistemas embarcados/conectados (cybersecurity by design);
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) em times de engenharia de software;
  • Experiência com integração contínua (CI/CD) em ambientes embarcados;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise estática de código e testes automatizados para software embarcado;
  • Vivência em ambientes multiculturais e times distribuídos internacionalmente;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente (interação frequente com times globais).

  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de resolução de problemas de alta complexidade;
  • Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade de interface entre times técnicos multidisciplinares (elétrica, mecânica, software);
  • Postura analítica e orientada a dados na resolução de conflitos técnicos.
