Java Software Engineer III – Autonomous Haulage System (AHS)

Recife/PE – Modelo Híbrido

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução do Autonomous Haulage System (AHS), sistema completo de gerenciamento de frotas autônomas para mineração, responsável por controle centralizado de caminhões autônomos via rede sem fio, GPS de alta precisão e sistemas de detecção de obstáculos.

  • Liderar o design, desenvolvimento, monitoramento e evolução de serviços do AHS, incluindo: Coordenação de máquinas Gestão de equipamentos Planejamento de navegação Detecção de colisão Gestão de salvaguardas
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com Product Management, Engenharia de Hardware e times globais.
  • Traduzir requisitos de produto em arquiteturas escaláveis, modulares e desacopladas.
  • Definir interfaces entre componentes de sistemas complexos.
  • Tomar decisões estratégicas sobre construção, extensão ou integração de sistemas.
  • Desenvolver documentação técnica robusta e contribuir para melhoria contínua da documentação da equipe.
  • Implementar boas práticas de segurança da informação e privacidade de dados.
  • Desenvolver testes automatizados (unitários, interface, contrato e sistema).
  • Aplicar boas práticas de monitoramento e excelência operacional.
  • Eventual disponibilidade para viagens internacionais.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Experiência no desenvolvimento de sistemas complexos entregues em produção.
  • sólida experiência com desenvolvimento em Java.
  • liderança com design ou arquitetura de sistemas (escalabilidade, confiabilidade, design patterns).
  • Experiência como mentor técnico, Tech Lead ou liderança de time de engenharia de software.
  • Inglês avançado para atuação em ambiente global.

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Experiência em ciclo completo de desenvolvimento (SDLC).
  • Arquitetura de microserviços orientada a eventos.
  • Desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs REST.
  • Experiência com CI/CD e automação de testes.
  • Experiência em cloud e boas práticas de arquitetura escalável.
  • Capacidade de conduzir projetos do escopo até operação em produção.
  • Formação superior em Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
