Objetivo da posição

Atuar como Referente Técnico de Engenharia, realizando o acompanhamento técnico e operacional das equipes, promovendo integração entre áreas, desenvolvimento técnico e atendimento às necessidades dos clientes.

O profissional será o elo entre equipes de engenharia, gestores, clientes e áreas correlatas, apoiando a execução das atividades, identificação de necessidades e construção de soluções técnicas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e acompanhar tecnicamente as equipes, garantindo atendimento a requisitos, prioridades e prazos.
  • Acompanhar projetos, identificando riscos, impedimentos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Atuar como interface entre gestores, equipes técnicas, áreas correlatas e clientes.
  • Analisar requisitos e demandas de clientes, apoiando a definição de soluções e competências necessárias.
  • Elaborar propostas técnicas, escopos, premissas e estimativas de projetos.
  • Apoiar a identificação de gaps técnicos e necessidades de capacitação.
  • Atuar como mentor e referência técnica das equipes.
  • Desenvolver treinamentos, workshops e ações de compartilhamento de conhecimento.
  • Apoiar indicadores técnicos, gestão de riscos e melhoria de processos.
  • Contribuir para inovação, desenvolvimento de competências e expansão do portfólio técnico.

Formação

Formação superior completa em:

  • Engenharia Eletrônica;
  • Engenharia da Computação;
  • Engenharia Elétrica;
  • Engenharia de Controle e Automação;
  • Engenharia Mecatrônica;
  • Ciência/Engenharia da Computação;
  • ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

  • Sistemas eletrônicos e embarcados automotivos;
  • Arquitetura elétrica e eletrônica veicular;
  • Diagnose automotiva;
  • Vehicle Functions;
  • Hardware e BCM;
  • EMI/EMC e HIL;
  • Redes automotivas CAN, LIN e Ethernet;
  • Engenharia de requisitos;
  • Gestão de projetos e riscos;
  • Processos de desenvolvimento e validação automotiva.

Conhecimento de ASPICE, ISO 26262, V-Model, Agile, Scrum ou Kanban será considerado diferencial.

Idiomas

Inglês B2 – Intermediário Avançado, com capacidade para participação em reuniões, comunicação com equipes internacionais e leitura de documentação técnica.

Nível C1 – Avançado será considerado diferencial.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Engenharia ou Sistemas Embarcados;
  • Liderança ou coordenação técnica de equipes;
  • Relacionamento técnico com clientes;
  • Elaboração de propostas e definição de escopo;
  • Desenvolvimento de treinamentos e capacitações;
  • Certificações em gestão de projetos ou engenharia automotiva.
