岗位职责：

1、统筹公司自研SLG及代理产品的海外发行相关工作，并根据公司的营收目标制定适宜的营销推广节奏，对发行项目收入负责； 2、精通海外发行全链路，有成功发行中重度产品的经验和至少两款重度产品案例，拥有整合渠道、媒介、买量多个来量模块经验，根据市场环境以及渠道实际需求对自研/代理产品提出优化建议，为总新增负责； 3、统筹新产品的营销推广工作，负责产品测试期到上线期的整体来量策略，包括产品定位、营销策略、渠道策略、买量策略等； 4、统筹推广方案制定，根据产品定位探索游戏的各类推广手段，实施并跟踪效果，及时输出并监测活动期间内数据变动； 5、实时了解行业动态及竞争对手信息，输出相关信息报告，对产品推广提出优化建议，提高产品市场竞争力、延长产品生命周期。负责优化和完善发行业务流程和制度，提升团队整体发行效率和质量；

任职要求： 1、具备3年团队管理经验，5年以上海外游戏发行统筹相关工作经验，熟悉海外全区域，精通英语区域优先，熟悉海外发行流程各模块工作，有完整的游戏上线项目统筹经验优先； 2、熟悉海外游戏发行各个环节，统筹过大型游戏项目的落地发行优先； 3、有中东游戏发行经验优先，会阿拉伯语优先，具备海外完整手游的发行经验（SLG/MMO产品更佳），熟悉游戏生命周期各阶段运营工作； 4、对游戏行业、产品、用户有深入见解，熟悉模拟经营、卡牌、休闲、MMO等产品优先； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力、逻辑思维能力，以及对内容热点的判断力，具备高效的统筹和执行能力； 6、具备良好的团队管理、团队协作、组织协调能力，极强的推动力。
