1、有2年以上私域运营经验，熟悉游戏、新零售、互联网等行业最新私域玩法，有自己的私域运营方法论、SOP、成功案例等，曾操盘或参与百万用户量级私域运营案例更佳； 2、游戏热爱者，熟悉游戏生态中各类用户需求，自身有多款游戏深度体验经历更佳 3、优秀的数据分析技能及洞察力，能使用excel等工具，具有优秀的报告输出能力，擅长书面、数据化表达 4、思维敏捷、有较好的创新意识，较强的抗压能力和沟通协调能力。
