职位详情 1.深度了解产品和渠道发行内容，熟知宣发推广策略，承接渠道所需的创意设计业务，负责相关创意方案并确保高品质呈现； 2.负责推广所需的渠道素材创意内容方案输出、落地执行、效果跟踪以及复盘优化。 其中包含不限于华为、OV、荣耀渠道的素材创意方案，如：KV、icon、闪屏、H5、重点资源位广告图、悬浮弹窗、商店卖点图等。 3.根据推广策略，挖掘提炼产品内容与创意，共同脑暴形成创意方案，与团队创作品效合一的广告创意，推进创意执行和外包品控监修。 4.不断专研广告形式，定期分析整理数据，对各项广告、市场资料进行深入挖掘和分析，为新的营销推广提供创意内容和创意形式支持。

1、具有良好的审美基础，对于游戏发行渠道（华为、OV、荣耀等）内容有一定的认知，具有较强的创意设计能力及对需求的理解分析能力，精通视觉效果呈现，富有创造力及想象力； 2、能和负责渠道的人员讨论产品核心卖点，并给予有效的渠道视觉设计策略方案，能主导重点的设计方向，并完成主视觉设计工作， 3、具备与发行深度合作经验，具备市场创意策划能力，深度理解社交媒体和在线广告，擅长洞察产品内容和市场热点风向，对创意内容和创意玩法有独到的见解； 4、自我学习和驱动能力强，涉猎广泛，能跟随市场推广需求不断沉淀和创造内容发力点； 5、热爱游戏、ACGN文化，精通运用主流设计软件，熟练运用PS、AI（Midjourney，Stable Diffusion）工具、CG手绘，C4D者优先； 6、本科及以上，具有较强的责任心和执行力，能够按时完成任务并保证质量。视觉传达/广告设计等相关美术专业，投递简历请提供作品。
