岗位职责： 1、海外运营体系搭建与落地：负责海外运营基础设施搭建，保障产品在多地区合规运营及用户体验；梳理并优化海外运营工作流，明确研发、市场、设计等跨部门协作机制，合理配置资源，提升整体运营效率与项目执行力。 2、多品类 / 多地区产品运营：主导 SLG、卡牌、MMO 等多品类游戏的海外发行运营，重点覆盖日欧美、中东等核心市场，制定差异化发行节奏与运营策略；负责海外产品评测与引进，评估潜在产品的市场适应性及竞争力，输出引进建议并推动落地；结合市场调研与用户反馈，输出定制化产品优化方案，提升产品本地化适配度。 3、数据驱动的策略优化：搭建运营数据分析体系，精准定位产品问题；基于数据洞察输出优化策略，推动产品商业化目标达成。 4、团队管理与跨部门协同：从 0 到 1 搭建或优化海外运营团队，统筹协调研发、市场、商务等部门，推动版本规划、市场投放、本地化活动等关键工作落地，确保项目按计划推进。 5、市场调研与商业化突破：开展全面的海外竞品调研，输出市场洞察报告，支撑公司产品定位与发行战略制定；以 ROI 为导向制定商业化策略，设计本地化运营活动，拉动用户付费深度，实现产品快速回收与长期盈利。

任职要求 1、具备3年团队管理经验，5年以上海外游戏发行运营统筹相关工作经验，熟悉海外全区域，精通英语区域优先，熟悉海外游戏运营流程各模块工作，有完整的游戏上线项目统筹经验优先 2、有中东游戏运营经验优先，深入理解欧美、中东等核心海外市场特性及用户需求，精通 SLG、卡牌、MMO类游戏运营逻辑，熟悉多地区应用商店政策与合规要求熟悉海外游戏发行各个环节，统筹过大型游戏项目的落地发行优先； 3、熟练使用数据分析工具，能独立搭建运营看板，通过漏斗分析、用户行为分析定位问题，输出可落地的优化方案； 4、具备产品本地化全流程经验，包括美术 / UI 调整、文案本地化、节日活动定制、IP 联动，能推动产品符合当地文化与法规； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力、逻辑思维能力，以及对内容热点的判断力，具备高效的统筹和执行能力； 6、具备良好的团队管理、团队协作、组织协调能力，极强的推动力。
