必备条件： 1.3年及以上买量视频设计经验，有成功的海外游戏发行经验或有中东地区项目经验者优先。 2.精通 After Effects，能高效灵活使用其他辅助软件工具，了解不同AI模型的效果以及调用方法，包括但不限于PR、PS、 Illustrator、SD、MJ、Runway、Gemini、可灵、即梦、剪映等。 3.具备扎实的平面设计能力，能独立完成高质量的静态视觉设计。 4.深度理解不同游戏品类（如SLG、MMO、卡牌等）、不同题材（如魔幻、仙侠、Q萌等）买量视频的创意套路、节奏感和转化逻辑，有强烈的数据驱动意识。 5.抗压能力强，能适应快速的测试和迭代节奏，具备高效处理多任务的能力。 6.热爱游戏，能快速熟悉游戏玩法，精准提炼游戏卖点，基于理解产出创意。
