  • 负责短剧业务全链路商务拓展，核心挖掘并对接优质合作资源，包括但不限于平台方、分销商、内容合作方、广告主等，搭建完善的商务合作网络；
  • 独立负责商务谈判、合作方案制定、合同签订及后续跟进，维护核心合作关系，保障合作顺利落地，提升合作转化率与复购率；

- 结合短剧业务投放推广需求，对接各类流量、渠道资源，优化合作模式，控制合作成本，提升投放ROI，助力业务增长；

- 调研短剧行业商务动态、市场趋势及竞品情况，收集行业资源信息，为团队业务决策提供参考；

- 配合业务团队完成商务相关数据统计、报表整理，定期汇报商务合作进展、业绩达成情况及资源拓展成果；

- 协助负责人搭建商务工作流程，完善商务合作规范，推动商务工作标准化、高效化；

- 完成部门负责人交办的其他商务相关工作，联动团队各环节，确保商务工作与业务发展同频。

- 3年及以上短剧行业商务相关工作经验，有成熟的平台、分销商、渠道等商务资源储备，有成功的商务合作案例者优先；

- 具备极强的商务拓展能力、谈判能力和资源整合能力，善于挖掘潜在合作机会，能独立完成从资源对接、谈判到落地的全流程工作；

- 熟悉短剧行业商业模式、投放推广逻辑及市场动态，了解行业核心资源分布，能快速适配业务需求；

- 头脑灵活，目标感强，具备较强的责任心、执行力和抗压能力，善于沟通协调，有良好的职业操守和团队协作精神。
