Je suis Sandrine, Cheffe des ventes EPI chez Lyreco France. Pour soutenir notre développement commercial, je suis à la recherche un Chargé d'Affaires Solutions EPI et Emballage (H/F) en CDI sur le département du 78 et du 92.

Vos missions :

Rattaché à la Direction commerciale EPI, vous avez en gestion les départements du : 78 et du nord du 92 vous êtes garant de la prospection et du développement clients en E.P.I sur les cibles qui vous sont confiées.

  • Vous assurez la prospection, le développement des ventes, le suivi et la fidélisation d’un portefeuille clients/prospects
  • Vous analysez vos résultats pour définir votre stratégie et les actions prioritaires afin de développer de manière profitable votre secteur.
  • Vous réalisez les audits des besoins, proposez les produits et services adaptés et concrétisez les ventes.
  • Vous travaillez en synergie avec les autres collaborateurs du service (Ingénieurs Commerciaux, Marketing, BackOffice, Commerciaux Catégorie 3…) pour apporter la solution la plus adaptée à vos clients.
  • Vous saisissez le reporting de vos activités et de vos opportunités dans le CRM.
  • Vous reporterez à un chef des ventes avec lequel vous ferez des journées dites « duo » durant lesquelles vous visiterez en commun les clients et prospects. Ces journées participent à la montée en compétences sur les produits et les techniques de ventes.

Vous êtes :

  • Minimum Bac+2, de type BTS/IUT commerce / vente, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience probante sur un poste similaire de vente de produits techniques (BtB)
  • Une expérience acquise dans le secteur des EPI (connaissance des fabricants, produits) ou fournitures industrielles serait appréciée mais pas obligatoire.
  • Connaissance du bassin industriel de la région.
  • A l’aise avec le Pack Office et notamment Excel
  • Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, force de proposition, sens de l’écoute, charisme et force de persuasion.
