Du begeisterst unsere grossen und internationalen Geschäftskunden mit massgeschneiderten Lösungen und baust nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf. Key Account Manager National Region Zürich & Ostschweiz (m/w/d) 100%

Region: Grossraum Zürich & Ostschweiz Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid – Aussendienst & Homeoffice

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:

  • Betreuung eines bestehenden Kunden-Portfolios
  • Erhöhung der Ausschöpfung und Kundenbindung bei Bestandeskunden durch höchste Kundenzufriedenheit und proaktiver Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit
  • Bedarfsklärung beim Kunden, Lösungskonzeption und Verkauf eines breiten und innovativen Sortimentes in den Bereichen Office, Werbeartikel, Pausenverpflegung, Persönliche Schutzausrüstung und Hygiene sowie gezieltem Einsatz von Services.
  • Akquisition neuer Key Accounts
  • Laufende Analyse des Kundenportfolios sowie kreativer und geplanter Ableitung von Verkaufsmassnahmen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Schnittstellen(Customer Care, Category Management, Finanzen etc.)
  • Teilnahmen an Kundenevents und Sales Trainings
  • Reisetätigkeit: ca. 60%

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung als Verkaufs- oder Marketingfachfrau/-mann von Vorteil
  • Seniorität in Bezug auf Verkaufs- und Akquisitionserfahrung (vorzugsweise in einem Handelsbetrieb)
  • Sehr gute administrative Fähigkeiten (effizienter Umgang mit Tools und Prozessen)
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägter Selbstantrieb
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und Kreativität in der Umsetzung
  • Deutsche Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Führerschein
