Do našeho obchodního týmu hledáme zkušeného Regional Sales Managera pro český trh, který dokáže spojit obchodní drive se silným leadershipem.

Hledáme člověka, který umí vést a rozvíjet tým, přemýšlí analyticky a kriticky a aktivně hledá nové obchodní příležitosti.

Co vás na této pozici čeká?

  • Vedení, motivace a rozvoj obchodního týmu s důrazem na dosahování stanovených cílů.
  • Odpovědnost za plnění obchodních plánů, výsledků a svěřeného rozpočtu.
  • Aktivní podpora získávání nových zákazníků a rozvoje nových obchodních příležitostí v rámci regionu.
  • Analýza obchodních výsledků, trhu a potenciálu regionu a jejich využití při nastavování dalších obchodních aktivit.
  • Úzká spolupráce s Country Sales Managerem a dalšími Regional Sales Managery na realizaci obchodní strategie.
  • Pravidelné sledování výkonu týmu, práce s lidmi v terénu, poskytování zpětné vazby a podpora jejich dalšího rozvoje.
  • Aktivní spolupráce a propojování týmů napříč společností s cílem dosahovat společných obchodních výsledků.
