Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Eventmanager (m/w/d), der in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team die Planung und Organisation unserer Erste Hilfe Kurse übernimmt. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kursleitungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Kurse reibungslos verlaufen und unseren Qualitätsstandards entspricht.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du planst und organisierst unsere Erste Hilfe Kurse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Du bist für die zeitgerechte Disposition und optimale Ressourcenverteilung der Kursleitungen verantwortlich
  • Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Belange der Kursleitungen, sowohl intern als auch extern
  • Du betreust unsere Kursleitungen persönlich und individuell, um eine effektive Zusammenarbeit zu fördern
  • Du bist eine Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen im Unternehmen, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine selbstständige sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
