Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und suchst einen abwechslungsreichen Minijob in einem sinnstiftenden Unternehmen? Dann werde jetzt Teil unseres Teams.

Für unsere Zentrale in Karlsruhe suchen wir dich als Mitarbeiter im Backoffice (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis. Der Stundenumfang liegt bei ca. 8 - 10 Stunden pro Woche, verteilt auf zwei bis maximal drei Tage.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt unsere Teams, wo gerade Hilfe gebraucht wird. Dabei können deine Einsatzgebiete in folgenden Bereichen liegen:

  • Kundenservice - du bist telefonischer und schriftlicher Erstkontakt unserer Kund:innen und erstellst unter anderem Ersatzbescheinigungen
  • Veranstaltungen - du unterstützt unter anderem dabei, dass wir für unsere Kurse geeignete Räumlichkeiten haben. Dabei bist du auch mit aktuellen und zukünftigen Vermietern im Austausch
  • Kursteam - Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Disposition unserer Erste-Hilfe-Kursleitungen und bist im engen Kontakt mit diesen
  • Vertrieb und Marketing - du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Flyeraktionen, machst unsere Kursangebote bei passenden Anlaufstellen bekannt und hilfst im Alltagsgeschäft
  • Buchhaltung - je nachdem welche Vorkenntnisse du mitbringst übernimmst du unter anderem die Bearbeitung der Kursbriefe oder unterstützt uns bei Rechnungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Büro gesammelt oder bist motivierter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d)
  • Du hast Lust auf Abwechslung
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und qualitätsbewusst
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office-Programmen um
