Möbel* ist das grösste, noch echt schweizerische Einrichtungs\-Fachgeschäft mit 6 Filialen in der Deutschschweiz. Wir beraten in der Ausstellung, bei den Kunden zu Hause und an den wichtigsten Publikumsmessen. Unser Motto heisst *«schöner Wohnen – besser Leben – das märki mir!».

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Zentrale in Hunzenschwil suchen wir eine engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst (100%).

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion sind Sie die wichtige Drehscheibe zwischen unseren Kundinnen und Kunden, Filialen sowie Beschaffungspartnern und übernehmen vielseitige Aufgaben.

  • Prüfen und Erfassen von Kundenbestellungen anhand der Kaufverträge
  • Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Kommunikation und Koordination mit den Beschaffungspartnern
  • Mithilfe in der Disposition und Terminplanung unserer Möbellieferungen
  • Kommunikation telefonisch und schriftlich mit Kunden und internen Stellen
  • Überwachung und Erfassung des Wareneingangs

Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Selbst\- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Achtsamkeit im Umgang mit Kunden, Sachen und Arbeitskollegen
  • Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
