Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Monitoramento Júnior (NOC) para integrar nosso time!Se você gosta de garantir a estabilidade de sistemas, acompanhar ambientes de alta performance e atuar na linha de frente da operação, essa vaga é para você.Principais Desafios:Monitoramento Ativo: Acompanhar de perto sistemas, aplicações, serviços e infraestrutura, identificando alertas e indisponibilidades.Gestão de Incidentes: Realizar o tratamento inicial de alertas seguindo procedimentos definidos e acionar os times de escalonamento quando necessário.Rotinas Críticas: Acompanhar backups, integrações, processamentos batch, deploys e a saúde geral dos ambientes produtivos.Documentação e Melhoria Contínua: Manter registros precisos em sistemas de gestão, auxiliar em relatórios de disponibilidade e sugerir melhorias em dashboards e processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o monitoramento contínuo dos sistemas, aplicações, serviços e infraestrutura, identificando indisponibilidades e alertas.Acompanhar a saúde dos ambientes produtivos, reportando incidentes e anomalias para os times responsáveis.Executar procedimentos operacionais previamente definidos para tratamento inicial de alertas e incidentes.Apoiar a identificação de falhas, degradações de performance e impactos ao negócio.Monitorar rotinas operacionais como backups, integrações, processamentos batch, deploys e demais atividades críticas.Realizar registros e atualizações de incidentes, ocorrências e evidências nos sistemas de gestão e monitoramento.Apoiar a geração de relatórios de disponibilidade, incidentes e indicadores operacionais.Seguir os fluxos de escalonamento e acionamento das equipes responsáveis sempre que necessário.Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua das rotinas, dashboards e processos de monitoramento.Manter atualizada a documentação operacional sob sua responsabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em: Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Disponibilidade para atuar no horário noturno 19h às 7h Atuação Presencial na região da Faria LimaVontade de aprender e crescer na área de tecnologia/NOC.Boa capacidade analítica para identificar degradações de performance e impactos ao negócio.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade com documentação operacional.Boa comunicação para reportar ocorrências com agilidadeConhecimentos básicos em monitoramento de infraestrutura e aplicações.Conhecimento básico de sistemas operacionais Linux e/ou Windows.Conhecimentos básicos de redes (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS e conectividade).Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento (Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, Dynatrace ou similares).Noções de computação em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de chamados e gestão de incidentes.
