  • Desejável experiência com Service Desk/Suporte ao Cliente.
  • Desejável experiência com Monitoração/Gestão de Incidentes.
  • Imprescindível Graduação ou Técnico em andamento ou concluído, nas áreas correlatas a TI (Sistemas de informação, Redes de Computadores, Gestão de TI, etc.
  • Softskills necessárias: boa escrita, boa oratória, boa comunicação, trabalho em equipe, pró ativo e organização

Atividades:

  • Monitorar o negócio e a infraestrutura;
  • Conduzir os incidentes (tratativa, registro e comunicação);
  • Acionar solucionadores, parceiros e fornecedores;
  • acompanhar e reportar se a monitoração está funcional e integra.
  • Acompanhar o retorno (backlog) e status de atendimento de alertas direcionados;
  • Gerir o ciclo de vida do alerta e incidente.
  • Gestão de backlog dos chamados.
  • Apoiar em ambientes críticos.
  • Realizar atendimento personalizado via plataformas utilizadas pelo cliente.
  • Acompanhamento de salas conferências para realizar timeline.
  • Envio de comunicados (Teams Microsoft e Grupo de Mensagens).
  • Realizar checklists técnicos.

Oportunidade presencial no horário das 22h às 09h – Escala 12x36.

Localização: Bairro Morumbi (próximo ao Shopping Jardim Sul).
