M SAN Nekretnine je tvrtka je koja se bavi iznajmljivanjem poslovnih i skladišnih prostora.

U vlastitom posjedu ima približno 18 000 kvadratnih metara površine i to na dvije lokacije Buzin i Rugvica. Uz najam poslovnih i skladišnih prostora M SAN nekretnine u mogućnosti su svojim klijentima ponuditi i kompletne prateće usluge od održavanja, sigurnosti i IT podrške.

U potrazi smo za savjesnom i stručnom osobom koja će spremno i profesionalno preuzeti ulogu i pridružiti nam se na radnom mjestu:

Lokacija: BUZIN (ZAGREB)

Što će biti vaši glavni zadaci?

  • Čišćenje i održavanje uredskih, sanitarnih, hodničkih i ostalih prostorija (brisanjem, pranjem, usisavanjem, dezinfekcijom).
  • Pražnjenje kanti za otpad i pravilno odlaganje smeća.
  • Čišćenje staklenih površina i prozora (do visine do koje je sigurno raditi bez dodatne opreme).
  • Prijava kvarova, nedostatka potrošnog materijala i nepredviđenih situacija nadređenoj osobi.
  • Po potrebi čišćenje i pomoć u pripremi prostora za sastanke, događanja i slične aktivnosti.
  • Obavljanje i ostalih poslova prema uputi neposredno nadređenog.
  • Ponašanje u skladu s vrijednostima, ciljevima, aktivnostima i planovima Poslodavca.
