La mission

Amener notre Expert IA finance au niveau d'un(e) comptable exerçant en Côte d'Ivoire. Vous êtes le regard métier qui manque : vous l'entraînez dans Sage sur la gestion financière réelle d'une PME, vous ajoutez la couche locale qu'il ne connaît pas, et vous vous assurez que chaque livrable qui sort est de qualité professionnelle.

Ce que vous faites pendant le mois

  • Préparer dans Sage des dossiers d'entraînement avec des données réalistes, puis y faire travailler l'Expert.
  • L'entraîner sur la gestion financière d'une PME ivoirienne : devis et facturation, factures fournisseurs, règlements, rapprochement bancaire, imputations, relance des impayés, tableau de trésorerie, budget, reporting mensuel, dossier bancaire. Pour chaque cas soumis, noter ce qui est juste, ce qui est faux, ce qui manque, et corriger.
  • Relire et corriger les gabarits de livrables : facture et devis, relance client, tableau de trésorerie, budget, liasse de reporting, note financière, dossier bancaire. L'objectif est qu'un directeur financier ou un expert-comptable puisse les utiliser tels quels.
  • Ajouter la couche locale : mentions obligatoires d'une facture en Côte d'Ivoire, facture normalisée électronique (FNE), TVA et retenues, plan comptable SYSCOHADA révisé, obligations déclaratives et leur calendrier, usages bancaires, avec la source de chaque règle.
  • Livrer en fin de mission un compte rendu : corrections apportées, pièges métier à retenir, ce qui reste à faire.

Ce que vous livrez

  • Les dossiers d'entraînement prêts dans Sage.
  • Une grille d'évaluation remplie sur une trentaine de cas.
  • Les gabarits finance corrigés, prêts à l'emploi.
  • Un compte rendu de mission de deux pages.
  • Formation en comptabilité, finance ou gestion, niveau BTS, licence ou master.
  • Deux à cinq ans d'expérience comptable en Côte d'Ivoire, en cabinet ou en entreprise : vous avez tenu une comptabilité de bout en bout, émis et suivi des factures, géré une trésorerie, préparé des déclarations fiscales et sociales et un reporting mensuel.
  • Maîtrise de Sage obligatoire (Sage 100 Comptabilité) : vous y avez saisi des écritures, lettré des comptes et sorti des états. Sans pratique réelle de Sage, la candidature ne sera pas retenue.
  • Maîtrise du tableur, rigueur, sens du détail, aisance à l'écrit en français.
  • Curiosité pour l'intelligence artificielle. Aucune compétence technique n'est demandée : vous ne codez pas, vous jugez.
