Vi på M Trafikskola AB växer och söker nu en engagerad och trygg trafiklärare som vill utvecklas tillsammans med oss! Om tjänsten: Som trafiklärare hos oss har du ett varierat och ansvarsfullt arbete. Du planerar, genomför och utvärderar körundervisningen för våra elever. Du möter människor i alla åldrar och med olika bakgrunder, vilket kräver att du är skicklig på att anpassa din pedagogik efter individens behov. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Praktisk körundervisning i bil (manuell och automat). Hålla teorilektioner och riskutbildningar. Löpande uppföljning och dokumentation av elevernas framsteg. Skapa en trygg, stöttande och motiverande miljö i bilen.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är godkänd trafiklärare av Transportstyrelsen. Som person är du lugn, tålmodig och har en god kommunikativ förmåga. Du är strukturerad i ditt arbete och har ett stort intresse för trafiksäkerhet och pedagogik. Krav för tjänsten: Godkänd trafiklärare utbildad för B-behörighet. Giltigt godkännande från Transportstyrelsen för att undervisa. Ytterligare behörigheter (t.ex. MC, Riskutbildnngar, eller tunga fordon) är starkt meriterande.
