Om tjänsten Vi söker en engagerad och pedagogisk trafiklärare för undervisning åt en av våra klienter i den ort där klienten är verksam. SuperRen ansvarar för denna aktiva rekrytering åt klientföretaget. Rollen innebär undervisning i både teori och praktisk körning med fokus på trafiksäkerhet, elevbemötande och modern pedagogik. Anställningen kommer att vara direkt hos klientföretaget.

Vad du kommer att göra Planera och genomföra teorilektioner anpassade efter elevens förkunskaper och mål. Genomföra praktiska körlektioner med tydliga instruktioner och progressionsplaner. Bedöma elevernas körförmåga, dokumentera framsteg och ge konstruktiv återkoppling inför prov. Följa och upprätthålla trafiksäkerhetsrutiner och säkerställa att undervisningen följer gällande trafikregler. Arbeta med miljömedvetna körmetoder och uppmuntra hållbara körvanor. Hantera provförberedelser, administration och elevjournaler samt kommunicera dagligen med elever och vårdnadshavare vid behov.

God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift och ett pedagogiskt förhållningssätt. Tålmodig, tydlig och trygg i mötet med elever som kan ha olika inlärningsbehov.

Anställningsform och lön Exakt anställningsform (t.ex. tillsvidare, provanställning eller timanställning) och omfattning (heltid, deltid eller behovsanställning) bestäms i samråd med klienten och kandidaten. Anställningen sker direkt hos klientföretaget i den ort där klienten är verksam i enlighet med LAS (1982:80) och tillämpligt kollektivavtal. Lön erbjuds enligt kollektivavtal eller enligt överenskommelse.
