Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente Comercial com experiência em gestão de vendas e desenvolvimento de mercado, para liderar a estratégia comercial dos segmentos de conveniência e farma. O profissional será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento das vendas, ampliar a carteira de clientes, garantir a rentabilidade da operação e desenvolver uma equipe comercial de alta performance.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e executar o planejamento comercial e o desdobramento de metas;
  • Gerenciar equipes de vendas internas e externas;
  • Desenvolver a carteira de clientes e identificar novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Negociar com clientes, indústrias e fornecedores;
  • Acompanhar faturamento, margem, rentabilidade, positivação, ticket médio e produtividade;
  • Desenvolver estratégias específicas para os canais de conveniência e farma;
  • Monitorar preços, concorrência, mix de produtos e oportunidades de mercado;
  • Integrar as áreas comercial, compras, logística, financeiro e SAC;
  • Apresentar resultados, análises e planos de ação à diretoria.

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão comercial, preferencialmente em distribuição ou atacado.
  • Conhecimento de indicadores comerciais, negociação, formação de preços e gestão de margem.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e desenvolvimento de mercado.
  • Domínio de Excel e familiaridade com sistemas WINTHOR.
  • CNH B;
  • Experiência nos segmentos de conveniência e/ou farma será valorizada, especialmente em operações de distribuição.
