Estamos em busca de um Mestre de Obras para atuar em uma empresa do segmento da construção civil, sendo responsável por coordenar e acompanhar a execução das atividades no canteiro de obras, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma, a qualidade dos serviços e a produtividade das equipes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar e acompanhar a execução dos serviços no canteiro de obras, conforme projetos e especificações técnicas;
  • Distribuir atividades e orientar equipes próprias e terceirizadas;
  • Acompanhar o cronograma físico da obra, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Garantir a qualidade dos serviços executados e o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança;
  • Acompanhar o uso de materiais, equipamentos e ferramentas, evitando desperdícios;
  • Conferir os serviços realizados e identificar possíveis falhas ou necessidades de correção;
  • Alinhar as atividades com a engenharia e os demais responsáveis pela obra;
  • Monitorar a produtividade das equipes e solucionar problemas operacionais do dia a dia.

  • Ensino médio Completo;
  • Experiência sólida em obras verticais;
  • Vivência com acompanhamento de etapas construtivas e organização de canteiro de obras;
  • Experiência na liderança e distribuição de atividades para equipes de campo;
  • Conhecimento de processos construtivos, controle de qualidade e normas de segurança;
  • Perfil organizado, proativo, com boa comunicação e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
