Als People & Executive Assistent (m/w/d) hältst du bei Media4Care verschiedene Fäden zusammen: Du verantwortest unsere operativen HR-Themen von Recruiting über Einstellungen bis zur Personaladministration, bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt gleichzeitig unsere Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft und bei ausgewählten Projekten.

Dabei bist du keine klassische Assistenz und auch keine reine HR-Administration. Du bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Unternehmen, denkst mit, organisierst voraus und sorgst dafür, dass Themen zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.

DEINE MISSION, FÜR DEN FALL, DASS DU SIE ANNIMMST:

  • People & HR: Du verantwortest unsere operativen HR-Prozesse – von Verträgen und Personaladministration über Ein- und Austritte bis hin zu allen organisatorischen Themen rund um unsere Mitarbeitenden.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Du begleitest unsere Einstellungen eigenständig: erstellst Stellenanzeigen, koordinierst und führst erste Gespräche, unterstützt bei der Direktansprache und sorgst für einen professionellen Start neuer Kolleg:innen.
  • Executive Support: Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung zusammen, koordinierst Termine und Reisen, bereitest Meetings vor und nach und behältst wichtige To-dos und Themen im Blick.
  • Projekte & Organisation: Du übernimmst eigenständig kleinere Projekte, Recherchen und Analysen und unterstützt bei der Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Investoren, Partnern und anderen externen Ansprechpartner.
  • Office & Team: Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass unser Münchner Büro funktioniert, koordinierst Dienstleister und Bestellungen und organisierst interne Veranstaltungen und Teamaktivitäten.

DEIN MITBRINGSEL FÜR UNS:

  • HR-Erfahrung – du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der HR-Administration und im Recruiting gesammelt und traust dir zu, diese Themen eigenständig zu verantworten.
  • Organisationstalent – du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst voraus und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere unterschiedliche Themen gleichzeitig auf deinem Tisch liegen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst gerne selbst mit an, findest pragmatische Lösungen und hast Freude an einer vielseitigen Rolle zwischen HR, Geschäftsführung und Office.
  • Verbindlichkeit & Serviceorientierung – du kommunizierst professionell und auf Augenhöhe mit Mitarbeitenden, Bewerbenden, Partnern und externen Ansprechpartner.
  • Digitale Sicherheit – du arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen Office-Tools; Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Sprachkenntnisse – du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
