Unsere Mission ist es, Betreuungskräfte mit praxisnahen, qualitativ hochwertigen Schulungen und digitalen Lösungen in ihrer täglichen Arbeit zu unterstützen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Schulungsteams suchen wir erfahrene Trainer:innen / Dozent:innen bundesweit.

DEINE MISSION, FÜR DEN FALL, DASS DU SIE ANNIMMST:

  • Durchführung von Pflichtfortbildungen für Betreuungskräfte gemäß geltender Vorgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Präsenzschulungen vor Ort sowie Live-Online-Fortbildungen
  • Didaktische Aufbereitung und praxisnahe Vermittlung der Schulungsinhalte
  • Abstimmung von Terminen, Themen und Inhalten mit unserem Schulungsteam
  • Optional: Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Schulungskonzepten und Inhalten

DEIN MITBRINGSEL FÜR UNS:

  • Fachliche Qualifikation im Bereich Betreuung, Pflege, Therapie oder Erwachsenenbildung (z. B. Betreuungskraft, Alltagsbetreuer:in, Ergotherapeut:in, Pflegefachkraft o. Ä.)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Anleiten, Schulen oder Unterrichten von Erwachsenen
  • Ausgeprägte didaktische, kommunikative und präsentative Fähigkeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten vor Gruppen – online wie in Präsenz
  • Technische Grundsicherheit im digitalen Umfeld
  • Reisebereitschaft für Präsenzschulungen sowie Bereitschaft zur Online-Lehrtätigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstorganisation und hohe soziale Kompetenz
