Nous proposons tous types de profils. Notre objectif est de proposer les meilleurs de Madagascar pour nos clients. Et de garantir des conditions salariales qui soient optimales pour nos équipes.

Missions :

1) Administration des Ventes : Assurer la facturation complète d'un portefeuille clients défini (régie, forfait, frais, HNO). Réaliser un contrôle continu de cohérence des marges et proposer des actions correctives. Préparer les points de gestion et commerce avec les responsables de compte sales. Participer activement au support du recouvrement clients et au traitement des litiges. Contribuer à l'amélioration des process (outil, automatisation, client).

2) Administration des achats : Gérer la relation fournisseurs Gérer la réception et le contrôle des factures d'achat. Gérer la boite mail achat. Gérer la communication via l'outil du client

3) Collaboration

Être force de proposition lors des daily meetings et points d'amélioration.

Contribuer à la formation des profils juniors/confirmés et à la montée en compétences de l'équipe

Participer à l'amélioration de l'outil en remontant des propositions dévolution,

Notre client propose un service de gestion général pour des clients européens. Cela passe par l'administration des achats et des ventes, Comptabilité, Gestion de la trésorerie, Gestion RH et Paie.

Rémunération / Avantages :

 Profil: - Maîtrise PARFAITE du Français (lu, écrit, parlé) - Bac + 5 en Management - Administration ou tout autre domaine équivalent - Autonomie, rigueur et professionnalisme exigé - Polyvalence & Force de proposition sont des qualités requises

Horaire de travail (heures françaises) : 8-17h ou 10-19h. Les horaires pourraient évoluer selon les besoins du client mais le nombre d'heures travaillées restent inchangé = 40h/semaine
