Gestionnaire opérationnel

Vos Missions :

1) Opérations Logistiques & Transports Pilotage des flux : Coordination quotidienne des opérations de distribution et gestion de la relation avec les prestataires de transport. Gestion des litiges et retours : Supervision de la logistique inverse (retours, échanges) et traitement des anomalies d'acheminement (retards, pertes, avaries). Support transverse : Accompagnement des équipes de relation utilisateur dans le suivi des expéditions et la résolution des incidents.

2) Approvisionnements & Suivi Fournisseurs Gestion des commandes : Pilotage intégral du cycle d'approvisionnement (émission, suivi des délais/volumes, contrôle des réceptions et conformité de la facturation). Optimisation des stocks : Anticipation et gestion des ruptures d'inventaire en étroite collaboration avec les services internes.

3) Administration & Données Logistiques (Master Data) Lancement de produits : Paramétrage logistique des nouvelles références (codification, intégration et partage des données aux partenaires). Fiabilisation des bases de données : Mise à jour continue des outils internes (références, coûts d'achat, tarifications de transport). Veille et reporting : Analyse régulière des coûts logistiques et transmission des données réglementaires ou opérationnelles aux organismes externes.

Notre client est une entreprise qui conçoit et vend de la literie et du mobilier 100 % naturel, durable et sain, notamment des matelas en latex naturel, des sommiers, des linges de lit, etc., en privilégiant la transparence, les matériaux écologiques et une production respectueuse de lenvironnement.

Profil: - Maîtrise PARFAITE du Français (lu, écrit, parlé) - La maîtrise de lAnglais serait apprécié - Bac + 5 en Management, Administration ou Logistique ou encore tout autre domaine équivalent - Autonomie, rigueur et professionnalisme sont exigés - Polyvalence & Force de proposition sont des qualités requises - Utilisation ChatGPT au quotidien serait un plus
