Nous proposons tous types de profils. Notre objectif est de proposer les meilleurs de Madagascar pour nos clients. Et de garantir des conditions salariales qui soient optimales pour nos équipes.

Missions :

  • Gestion de la billetterie (loisirs, spectacles, évènements sportifs) et des cartes du CSE
  • Gestion de réclamations en multicanaux (chat, mail, appels)
  • Support aux utilisateurs de la plateforme (Les employés des clients avec une typologie de personnes très variées)
  • Upsell sur les options complémentaires
  • Gestion de la qualité du catalogue
  • Remontée des anomalies auprès des fournisseurs partenaires

Notre client est une entreprise française qui propose une plateforme de "CSE externalisé" (Comité Social et Économique). Elle offre aux TPE et PME la possibilité de proposer à leurs salariés les mêmes avantages sociaux que ceux dont bénéficient les employés des grands groupes.

Rémunération / Avantages :

  • Salaire fixe parmi les plus élevés du marché
  • Commissions supplémentaires avec Objectif qualitatif et quantitatif (pour commerciaux uniquement)

Profil:

  • Maîtrise PARFAITE du Français (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Etude recherché
  • Autonomie EXIGÉE (Vous serez en relation direct avec notre client, professionnalisme exigé)
  • Polyvalence
  • Force de proposition

Horaire de travail (heures françaises) : Lundi au vendredi 08-17h OU 10-19h / Samedi 09-17h.

Les horaires pourraient évoluer selon les besoins du client mais le nombre d'heures travaillées restent inchangées = 40h/semaine
