Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Payroll Specialist die ons team structureel komt versterken voor 16–24 uur per week. Jij bent primair verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige salarisadministratie van A tot Z. Je werkt zelfstandig, hebt korte lijnen binnen onze organisatie en krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en processen waar nodig te verbeteren. Naast payroll ondersteun je bij diverse HR-administratieve werkzaamheden zoals personeelsmutaties, contracten en personeelsdossiers. Je werkt op de luchthaven Maastricht Aachen Airport en hebt binnen onze organisatie een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere:

  • Zelfstandig verzorgen van de salarisadministratie;
  • Verwerken van salaris- en personeelsmutaties;
  • Controleren van salarisverwerking en loonstroken;
  • Verwerken van in- en uitdiensttredingen, verlof en ziekte;
  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers en HR-mutaties;
  • Opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten en personeelsdocumenten;
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega die:

  • Ervaring heeft met salarisadministratie;
  • Ruime ervaring heeft met AFAS;
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt;
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd is;
  • Discreet omgaat met vertrouwelijke personeels- en salarisgegevens;
  • 16-24 uur per week beschikbaar is;
  • Op locatie bij Maastricht Aachen Airport kan werken.

Wat krijg jij:

Een unieke en dynamische werkplek op de luchthaven waarin je je verder kunt ontwikkelen. Je verdient tussen de €2.813,14 en €3.568,92 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38u per week). Daarnaast krijg je:

  • 8% vakantietoeslag en 1% eindejaarsuitkering
  • Een contract tussen 16-24 uur per week. Het aantal uur per week is in overleg evenals de werktijden (kantoortijden);
  • Een contract voor een periode van 1 jaar (met uitzicht op verlenging);
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer (met een maximum van €206,- euro per maand);
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 1 ATV dag per jaar (obv 38u per week);
  • Pensioenopbouw via het ABP (Algemeen Burgerlijk Pensioenfonds);
  • Mogelijkheid om een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering af te sluiten waarbij je een maandelijkse bijdrage ontvangt. Onze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn geregeld volgens de CAO MAA.
