Coordenador(a) de Marketing

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e conduzir o planejamento estratégico de Marketing, alinhado aos objetivos comerciais e institucionais da empresa;
  • Gerenciar a estratégia de comunicação e posicionamento da marca Mac Jee, assegurando consistência da identidade visual e da comunicação institucional;
  • Coordenar a presença digital da empresa, especialmente LinkedIn, redes sociais e site corporativo, desenvolvendo estratégias para fortalecimento da marca e relacionamento com diferentes públicos;
  • Planejar e coordenar a participação da empresa em feiras, eventos e exposições nacionais e internacionais, incluindo posicionamento, experiência de marca, estandes e relacionamento com fornecedores;
  • Coordenar a produção de materiais institucionais, promocionais e conteúdos audiovisuais;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de comunicação voltadas ao mercado B2B e ao relacionamento com clientes, parceiros e stakeholders;
  • Realizar análises de mercado, tendências e concorrência, identificando oportunidades para fortalecer o posicionamento da empresa;
  • Gerenciar e orientar a equipe de Marketing, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional e a qualidade das entregas;
  • Coordenar o relacionamento com agências, assessorias de imprensa, fornecedores e parceiros estratégicos;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho das ações de Marketing, propondo melhorias e otimizações contínuas.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês avançado obrigatório, com capacidade de comunicação em ambientes profissionais e participação em eventos internacionais;
  • Experiência em planejamento estratégico de Marketing e Comunicação;
  • Experiência em gestão de marca, comunicação institucional e canais digitais;
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes, projetos ou gestão de fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição, como pacote Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign e Lightroom);
  • Conhecimento do pacote Office. Diferenciais
  • Pós-graduação completa em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência nos segmentos aeroespacial, defesa, aeronáutico, industrial ou tecnológico;
  • Vivência em empresas B2B;
  • Experiência na organização e gestão de feiras e eventos internacionais;
  • Experiência em posicionamento de marcas corporativas e comunicação institucional.
