SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Engenharia para atuar no canteiro de obras, apoiando diretamente o Gestor de Obras na organização, controle e execução das atividades técnicas, contribuindo para o cumprimento de prazo, custo, qualidade e segurança, dentro dos padrões da Machine.

MISSÃO DO CARGO

Apoiar a gestão técnica da obra, garantindo a organização dos processos, o controle das informações e o suporte à tomada de decisão do Gestor de Obras, assegurando que a execução aconteça conforme projetos, planejamento, orçamento e padrões de qualidade e segurança.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES (FOCO EM RESULTADO NO CANTEIRO)

Apoio à Gestão da Obra

  • Apoiar o Gestor de Obras no controle diário das atividades do canteiro.
  • Acompanhar frentes de serviço, produtividade e andamento físico da obra.
  • Apoiar na organização do plano de ataque semanal e diário.

Controle Técnico e de Projetos

  • Auxiliar na leitura, interpretação e aplicação dos projetos executivos.
  • Apoiar na compatibilização básica de projetos em campo.
  • Identificar interferências, desvios ou inconsistências e reportar ao Gestor de Obras.

Planejamento e Controle

  • Apoiar o controle do cronograma físico da obra.
  • Registrar avanços, atrasos e impactos no planejamento.
  • Auxiliar na atualização de relatórios de acompanhamento da obra.

Medições e Custos

  • Apoiar no levantamento de medições de serviços executados.
  • Auxiliar no controle de custos diretos da obra.
  • Apoiar a conferência de serviços de terceiros e empreiteiros.

Integração com Áreas Corporativas

  • Apoiar a interface da obra com Planejamento, Orçamento, Suprimentos, Qualidade e Segurança.
  • Auxiliar na solicitação e controle de materiais e serviços.
  • Apoiar o controle documental da obra (contratos, medições, registros técnicos).

Qualidade, Segurança e Organização

  • Apoiar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de qualidade e segurança no canteiro.
  • Contribuir para a organização do canteiro e boas práticas de execução.
  • Atuar de forma preventiva, sinalizando riscos técnicos ou operacionais.

  • Suporte técnico eficiente ao Gestor de Obras.
  • Obra organizada, com informações confiáveis e atualizadas.
  • Redução de erros, retrabalhos e perdas.

  • Comunicação fluida entre canteiro e áreas corporativas.
  • Execução alinhada aos padrões técnicos e de qualidade da Machine.

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS

  • Formação em andamento em Engenharia Civil (completa ou em fase final).
  • Registro no CREA (ativo ou em processo, conforme nível).
  • Experiência em canteiro de obras (desejável).
  • Conhecimento básico de:
  • Leitura de projetos
  • Planejamento e controle de obras
  • Medições e controle de serviços
  • Domínio básico de Excel e sistemas de obra (Sienge será diferencial).

  • Vivência com sistemas integrados de gestão de obras.
