SOBRE A POSIÇÃO -

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em gestão integral de obras, capaz de assumir a responsabilidade pelos resultados de contratos de médio e grande porte, especialmente em obras comerciais, corporativas e industriais.

O Gerente de Contratos é o principal responsável pela entrega da obra sob sua liderança, respondendo diretamente por prazo, custo, qualidade, segurança, organização e satisfação do cliente.

Buscamos um gestor de performance.

Planejar, executar, controlar e entregar obras com alta performance técnica e financeira, assegurando rentabilidade, previsibilidade e excelência operacional.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Liderar integralmente a gestão técnica, operacional e financeira da obra.

Elaborar e conduzir plano de ataque e estratégia executiva.

Coordenar equipes próprias e terceirizadas.

Integrar obra com Planejamento, Suprimentos, Orçamento e Financeiro.

Conduzir reuniões de performance e tomada de decisão.

Garantir cumprimento contratual e mitigação de riscos.

Representar a empresa junto ao cliente e parceiros.

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS

Formação superior em Engenharia Civil.

Registro ativo no CREA.

Experiência mínima de 08 anos na gestão e entrega de resultados de obras.

Experiência comprovada como responsável principal pela entrega de obras.

Experiência mínima completa em pelo menos 02 obras de galpões industriais/logísticos.

Vivência sólida em obras comerciais, corporativas ou industriais.

Experiência com métodos construtivos modernos, especialmente estrutura metálica.

Histórico comprovado de cumprimento de prazo e controle de custos.

Facilidade com IA e tecnologia

DIFERENCIAIS RELEVANTES

Experiência com obras industriais de maior complexidade.

Vivência com contratos por ADM, EPC ou obras turn-key.

Conhecimento em Lean Construction ou metodologias de produtividade.

Atuação anterior em empresas de médio/grande porte do setor.

Forte habilidade em negociação e gestão de conflitos.
