FUNCTIE

· Als functioneel analist werk je intens mee aan de realisatie van diverse business/IT projecten. Je bent de schakel tussen het demand proces (business requirements & project definitie) en het delivery proces (ontwikkeling & realisatie van IT tools en fuctionaliteiten). Op die manier sta je aan de wieg van de realisatie van IT tools waarmee je toegevoegde waarde realiseert voor klanten en business stakeholders.

. Je werkt samen met domein architecten en product owners om business requirements en processen beter te begrijpen en te vertalen naar functionele componenten en functionele analyses. Je gaat features omzetten in een story mapping zodat je structuur brengt en een overzicht maakt van het totale aantal stories.

  • Je zorgt voor een iteratieve uitwerking, verfijning en beschrijving van de, te bouwen, functionaliteiten. Je werkt stories in detail uit en doet dit op een heldere manier, begrijpelijk voor zowel de business als het technische team.

· Je bent onderdeel van het projectteam en volgt de ontwikkeling van de applicatie op de voet. Je werkt één sprint voorafgaand aan de development teams zodat je input kan doorstromen naar de ontwikkeling. Na de ontwikkeling kan je de functionaliteiten valideren d.m.v. testing en controle.

. Je werkt intens samen met de verschillende spelers in een project team zoals product owners, project managers, architecten, software engineers, ux-designers, etc.

PROFIEL

· Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg om op detailniveau te werken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

  • Processen en structuren identificeren, begrijpen en documenteren is je passie en je bezit hiervoor een degelijke bagage aan technieken of bent bereid deze aan te leren. (User story mapping, User story writing, UML, BPMN, Wireframing, Domain modelling, enz,). Uiteraard beheers je de kennis om via verschillende manieren van communicatie zowel met de business als met het IT-team de informatie te vergaren die nodig is om tot de meest optimale oplossing te komen.
  • Je hebt een kritische geest en durft bij business en IT toetsen naar de toegevoegde waarde van gevraagde aanpassingen of uitbreidingen.
  • Ook de nodige dosis creativiteit en innovatie is aanwezig.
  • Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met agile methodologieën, waardes en principes.
  • Je bent punctueel en in staat om zelfstandig je werk te organiseren.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer! Je maakt deel uit van een klein team en hebt een hands-on en proactieve houding naar je team én de business toe.

· Bij voorkeur beheers je naast een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, ook de Engelse en Franse taal.
