Aantoonbare ervaring in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten Aantoonbare ervaring als Programmamanager, het leiden van Programma's mbt infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten Aantoonbare ervaring met projectbeheerstechnieken en tools kunnen hanteren (risicobeheer, issuebeheer, ) Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met ITIL. Aantoonbare ervaring met terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bv.Prince2, PMBok, ), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. In staat zijn om ter zake expert kennis over te dragen Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van een programmamanagement methodologie (bv. Agile, Scrum, MSP), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR - niveau C2.

Context

Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Aantoonbare ervaring in technische omgevingen waarbinnen de projecten en programmas zich situeren. - Communicatie- en klantgericht, bij voorkeur door aantoonbare voorbereiding/training. - Minimaal 15 jaar ervaring in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten - waarvan minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in het leiden en begeleiden van projecten met totaalbudgetten van minimum 1000 K EUR. - waarvan minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van Programma's mbt infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten - Capaciteit om meerdere individuele projecten te overzien, en de inhoudelijke verbanden tussen de diverse projecten te sturen en optimaliseren - Projectbeheerstechnieken en tools kunnen hanteren (risicobeheer, issuebeheer, ) - Zeer goede kennis van de terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bijv. Prince-2), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. In staat zijn om ter zake expert kennis over te dragen. - Zeer goede kennis van een programmamanagement methodologie (bijv. MSP), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. In staat zijn om ter zake expert kennis over te dragen
