Sous Chef wanted for Mad & Kaffe Frederiksberg

Mad & Kaffe Frederiksberg is looking for a skilled and ambitious Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food experiences for our guests — always with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and great hospitality.

You will become part of a young and dedicated team where we challenge each other, work closely together, and create an environment with room for both responsibility and personal growth. Our kitchens are busy, dynamic, and fast-paced, so it’s important that you thrive under pressure, stay organized, and lead with calmness and precision — even during peak service.

We work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and make everything in-house. Passion for quality and attention to detail are at the core of everything we do.

About the role

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen and support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards across service, preparation, and team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily kitchen operations and service management • Quality control and ensuring consistency in every dish • Ordering and stock management • Preparation planning and kitchen organization • Leading and motivating the team during your shifts • Supporting and developing junior team members
