Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Sie bearbeiten Einzelteile und Kleinserien an Zyklen-Drehmaschinen und

CNC- Drehmaschinen nach technischer Zeichnung, sowie konv. Drehmaschinen.

• Konventionelles und/oder CNC-Drehen von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung

• Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Drehmaschinen (je nach Qualifikation)

• Maß- und Qualitätskontrolle (mit Messschieber, Bügelmessschraube, Messuhr)

• Optimierung von Bearbeitungsabläufen in Abstimmung mit Arbeitsvorbereitung/Team

• Entgraten, Nacharbeit und Dokumentation der Arbeitsergebnisse

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker

• Erfahrung in der Lohnfertigung und im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen von Vorteil

• Gute Programmierkenntnisse (Siemens) in der Einzelteilfertigung und Kleinserienfertigung

• Gute Kenntnisse für das Bearbeiten der Werkstoffe Stahl, Aluminium und Edelstahl

• Erfahrungen Werkzeuge und Aufnahmen wird vorausgesetzt

• Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Sicheres Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen
