Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams - derzeit in Stuttgart Degerloch, ab 2028 in Gärtringen - suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Vertriebssachbearbeiter (m/w/d). In dieser Position unterstützen Sie unsere Vertriebsabteilung bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie bei der kaufmännischen Abwicklung.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für inländische Kunden – keine Kaltakquise
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufträgen von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Einholung von Angeboten für Sonderartikel und Lohnarbeiten bei Lieferanten inkl. Kalkulation
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden (z. B. Auftragsannahme, Angebotserstellung)
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Koordination mit internen Abteilungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als: Techniker (m/w/d) Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) Kaufmann/ -frau für Groß- und Außenhandeln Industriekaufmann/ -frau
  • Idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb technischer Produkte
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Word und Excel
  • Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
