We also believe that a great workplace includes enjoying what we do and having fun working together.

Your responsibilities

As our Refrigeration Specialist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of advanced refrigeration systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Calculating and dimensioning refrigeration components and systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Contributing to and strengthening the team’s expertise in refrigeration technologies
  • Managing projects according to the Industrial Stage-Gate Model and presenting progress to steering committees
  • Setting up laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring system reliability and performance

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you combine strong technical capabilities with practical experience and a proactive mindset.

Professional qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

  • Solid understanding of thermo-physics, preferably with experience in refrigeration systems
  • Experience with component development, including DFMEA, test planning, and validation
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with system control (Python programming is considered an advantage)
  • Experience working with Stage-Gate project models

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and informal environment
  • Has a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
