Vi söker nu en erfaren kock som blir köksmästarens högra hand och ansvarar för köket under kvällspassen. Om tjänsten Vi är en restaurang belägen i Globen Shopping, med närhet till Avicii Arena, 3Arena, Hovet och Annexet. Vi har ett stort antal lunchgäster och vår kvällsverksamhet varierar beroende på evenemang i arenorna. I rollen kommer du att ha en viktig del i den dagliga driften av köket. Du är en trygg och självgående kock som kan leda arbetet, hålla ett högt tempo och säkerställa att våra gäster alltid får mat av den kvalitet vi strävar efter. Dina arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för köket under kvällspassen. Leda och fördela arbetet i köket vid behov. Säkerställa att maten håller hög kvalitet och följer våra standarder. Ansvara för beställningar av råvaror och varor när köksmästare inte är på plats. Se till att köket alltid håller en hög nivå av renlighet och hygien. Bidra till ett gott samarbete och en positiv arbetsmiljö.

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av att arbeta som kock och gärna av att leda ett kök. Är stresstålig, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Är självgående och trygg i ditt yrke. Har god förståelse för kvalitet, hygien och köksekonomi. Trivs med ansvar och tycker om att arbeta i ett högt tempo.
